Let's turn this boring water into yummy(?) alcohol on a budget!
Step 1
First, let's give our 1,5L soda bottle a clean! Make sure its real clean since the bottle had been sitting in your room for a week now, ew. You absolutely can't skip this step!Step 2
Pour in 2dl of white sugar, this step is real hard to fuck up!Step 3
Splash in 1 liter of water! You can give the bottle a little shake to get the sugar mixed in a little better (but put the cap on first dumbass).Step 4
Sprinkle in a packet of dry yeast (11g in my case, but a little less or a little more will work too. Probably.). Don't need to mix it, just let it sit on the surface.Step 5
Twist on the lid, but not too tight! We want our concoction to breathe. Better would be to use an airlock, to prevent any vinegar from forming (not a big concern though. I think.).Step 6
Find a slightly warm place and leave for 5-7 days. Cover with a towel if you like, and hide from your mother!Step 7
Heat up to 60°C to kill any remaining yeast. Note that alcohol evaporates at 70 degrees so dont go overboard! You can also strain it trough a coffee filter, but idk if that helps with anything. Skip this step if you want to spend the next day on the toilet.Step 8
Enjoy mixed with other drinks such as Pepsi, milk or Pepsi and milk!
